After all, nobody wants to commit half the project budget to a complete re-design.

What a full service usability agency actually does

We work to involve users throughout the project. So if we suggest building test prototypes or carrying out some qualitative research, you’ll know why. If we recommend developing some user personas or analysing the task paths, don’t act surprised.

And if your site ends up trumping all your expectations, don’t say we didn’t warn you.
